Destinations Coverd : Delhi - Agra - Sankasia - Lucknow - Varanasi - Bodhgaya - Rajgir - Nalanda - Vaishali - Kushinagar - Lumbini - Kapilvastu - Sravasti - Lucknow - Delhi.... Day 1: ARRIVAL-DELHI
Arrive Delhi , meet on arrival by Rep.then transfer to Hotel.Overnight stay in hotel. Day 2: DELHI – AGRA fter breakfast morning drive 5 hrs/203 kms to Agra, Check-in at Hotel. Later visit the world famous Taj Mahal and drive thru Agra Fort. Overnight at Hotel. Day 3: AGRA-SANKASIA - LUCKNOW Drive 10 – 11 hrs / 410 Kms ,to Lucknow enroute visit SANKASIA, with packed lunch where Lord descended from heaven after giving sermon to his mother after 7 years of her death. Later continue drive to Lucknow, Check-in at Hotel. Day 4: LUCKNOW – VARANASI Early drive 7-8 hrs / 300 kms to Varanasi, Check-in at Hotel.Noon Free for shopping etc. O/n stay at Varanasi Htl Day 5: VARANASI – BODHGAYA Early morning Boat ride on River Ganges to see the bathing Ghats. Later Visit SARNATH (where Buddha delivered his first sermon). PM : Drive 7 hours/243 kms to Bodhgaya. Check-in at Hotel.Overnight stay at Hotel. Day 6: BODHGAYA Morning visit Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Niranjana River, Sujata Temple - which is across the Niranja river & it's 30 minutes walk through the paddy fields. Also visit various other Buddhist Temples in Bodhgaya. Overnight stay at Bodhgaya. Day 7: BODHGAYA-RAJGIR-NALANDA-BODHGAYA Morning leave for Rajgir and Nalanda (220 kms / apprx 6-7 hrs drive), visit Rajgir the Vulture Hill, World Peace Stupa, Bamboo's Garden. Continue to Nalanda to visit the ruins of world oldest University. Later continue drive to Bodhgaya & check-in at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 8: BODHGAYA- VAISHALI - KUSHINAGAR (420 kms / apprx 11 hrs drive) Drive to vaishali & hot lunch on way. On arrival Checkin at hotel. O/N Kushinagar. |

Day 9: KUSHINAGAR – LUMBINI Visit maha parinirwana Temple (where Buddha took his last breathe) and Rambhar Stupa (cremation site of lord Buddha), Japan Temple. Afternoon drive 5 hrs / 170 kms to Lumbini with packed lunch. (Nepal). While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities. Later check-in at Hotel. 15 Min. drive from the Nepal Border.
Noon visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight stay at Lumbini.
Day 10: LUMBINI-KAPILVASTU-SRAVASTI
After breakfast morning leave for Sravasti (160 kms / 5 hrs apprx.) , enroute visit Kapilavastu - where Buddha’s childhood was spent & also visit ruins of the Palaces. Later continue drive to Sravasti & on arrival check-in at hotel. Later visit Sravasti, where Buddha spent his 24 monsoons, visit Jetvana and Ananda Bodhi Tree. Overnight stay at Sravasti.
Day 11: SRAVASTI–LUCKNOW-DELHI
Drive 195 kms/ 5-6 hrs to Lucknow Lunch at Lucknow. Thereafter transfer to Railway station to board shatabdi train to Delhi, Dep. 15:35 hrs. Arrive Delhi 22:05 hrs,Dinner will be served on Board and transfer to Hotel.Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: DELHI/DEPARTURE
After breakfast visit the city of Delhi visiting , Lakshmi Narayan temple, Gandhi Museum. Drive past India Gate, Presidents' house "Rashtrapati Bawan", the Government buildings and the Parliament house "Lok Sabha" Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch transfer to Airport to connect flight for onward destination.
Noon visit Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight stay at Lumbini.
Day 10: LUMBINI-KAPILVASTU-SRAVASTI
